Insurance Options

We do accept most insurances for routine as well as medical eye care. Please keep in mind that insurance coverage is a contract between you and your insurance company. If we have your insurance information ahead of time, we can call to verify your benefits. Verification of coverage is not a guarantee of payment. We will gladly bill your insurance company as a courtesy to you.

Although we can "estimate" what your insurance company may pay, it is your insurance company that makes the final determination of your eligibility and coverage. Understand that you are financially responsible for any non-covered services, treatment, and/or balances due as a result of Old Saratoga Eyecare billing your insurance company.
